We turned up just as they were opening and they let us straight in, which was really appreciated. They treated my daughter - who is 6 and was really scared, but they were kind and friendly and she was able to express her pain to them through their careful questioning. We left knowing exactly what to do next and with complete confidence in the information and advice we were given. Thank you to everyone we saw on the day - from reception to x ray to medical practitioners.

I had a hernia operation on the 4th of October, from having the referral through to the anesthetist then the surgery, everything was brilliant. All the staff at the hospital were fantastic from reception, nurses and of course the surgeon.

Tetbury Hospital is absolutely brilliant. Doctors/Nurses treat you with great care, explaining exactly what will be happening, put you at ease, very friendly and professional. I would recommend this Hospital to everyone. I think you are all brilliant, thank you.

I had a hysteroscopy under general anaesthetic today at Tetbury Hospital. The staff were all very helpful, kind and compassionate. I was very anxious and tearful and all the staff were very lovely and understanding.
I felt very well looked after and the staff were very informative.
The team all introduced themselves to me beforehand which was very reassuring.
The hospital itself was very clean and the environment very calm.
A big thank you to everyone involved today

Inguinal hernia repair, NHS patient.
Wonderful facility with excellent staff and clinicians.
Staff care was first class, from reception through ward & theatre procedures to post operative care & discharge. Everything felt very professional and organised.
Nothing was too much trouble and care felt very personal, comfortable and relaxing.
Many thanks to Mr McIlroy and his team.

The care on the day of the surgery was excellent. All staff introduced themselves prior to surgery which made me feel safe & secure. During my time on the ward nurses were constantly present & checking in on patients. The care was first class.

Everyone I met and helped me at Tetbury Hospital were wonderful from the start of my operation to the aftercare and taking care of all aspects a lovely little hospital with extra caring staff.

From the reception to the completed treatment. All staff were empathic efficient and professional.. one was treated as an individual and all the staffs work ethic was one of cohesion between them selves and patients . Lovely atmosphere and care. I felt safe personally and medically. From the time i had my initial referral appointment with the consultant, to my Operation/theatre day case . cant thank you all enough.
